Restorative process started:
Lab prepped abutment in place Temporary crown in place
Lab prepped abutments have been placed and a torque of 35 ncm applied. Cotton with resin placed and cured over screw holes. Temporary crowns placed with temp bond cement. I will send:
1.) Reproduced model of the lab model for final restoration to be made.
2.) Bite registration
3.) Opposing model
- if you feel the tissue, temporaries, and model work is adequate for final restoration a shade and lab instruction appointment should be all that is needed.
- If you would like me to alter something before final restoration let me know
- If you would like to take a new impression the temporaries should be removed, cord packed and impression taken.
- Patient was told that your office would give her a call to set up an appointment
- Patient may be restored at anytime preferably before 4 week period
